An Open Letter

Dear Journalists:

Our government is going to be massacred by the truth and I don’t know how to stop it.

I know it sounds crazy. I understand. 

I am a progressive, science minded person. My one child is vaccinated. I thought the antivax groups were extremely annoying, misinformed, and uneducated. Until SB 276 came out in my state of California and I started researching. Regardless of the safety of vaccines it scared me that the government was mandating injections. this felt like a huge overreach of government. This piqued my interest and I started investigating. i spent two months researching both sides, everything I could about this issue. I am no expert, but I am deeply concerned. 

I know there are many studies that say vaccines do work and are safe. But there are also MANY peer-reviewed, published studies stating the opposite. I have found over 700 (yes, SEVEN HUNDRED) peer-reviewed, published studies claiming vaccines do harm. There are hundreds more. Now I’m not saying all of these are flawless studies and all vaccination should be stopped right away. I’m just saying that clearly the science is NOT settled and there are real concerns here. An increasing number of scientists and medical professionals are starting to speak out. If nothing else this should at least warrant investigation.

Can you imagine if it turns out that vaccines are causing all of these health issues? Cancer, allergies, asthma, autism, eczema, autoimmune diseases, etc. This will go down one of the greatest colossal mistakes that ever happened to humanity. Autism alone could bankrupt the government of the United States. Trillions of dollars. What’s currently going on with Purdue Pharma would be minuscule compared to this. And it’s already happening. For example, in 2012 Ryan Mojabi was awarded almost $1million by a federal court for suffering a severe and debilitating injury to his brain - Autism - caused by vaccines (https://www.uscfc.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/opinions/CAMPBELL-SMITH.MOJABI-PROFFER.12.13.2012.pdf). This is not going away and will only get worse. 

I understand correlation does not equal causation. This was always my response to the anti-vaxxers. Symptoms of these illnesses just happen to present themselves around the age these children are receiving the shots. But what I didn’t realize is, it’s not just happening “around the same time”. It’s happening that day, or within hours. I have heard the same story THOUSANDS of times - a child receives their shots, 36 hours later the child develops a high fever, rash, and is never the same… or died. Here’s one of the thousands of examples: https://www.justiceforevee.org/eveesstory. And because of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, these families have NO RECOURSE. The companies making these products cannot be sued. We are not even able to subpoena documents from them to find out what is going on with the production and testing of the vaccines. 

The 1986 Act took liability away from an industry that was losing money on vaccines. The pharmaceutical companies were being sued so often and so effectively because of death and injury by vaccines that they could not make a profit. These products were so flawed that they were losing money! They proceeded to blackmail the government, claiming they were going to stop making vaccines unless they were protected from liability. So with this act, the government removed liability from the least trustworthy industry the world has ever seen. That’s insane. 

The government knew there was a problem. The government took on dangerous problematic problem. Since its now our problem - 1) who’s going to be responsible to evolve the science on this, to do proper studies, and make the process of making vaccines more transparent so we can figure out who is this vulnerable subset of people that are being injured. This should be a task force mandated by law, head national institute of health, head of fad, and cdc, should run a task force to make vaccines safer and more effective. 

FOIA want to see all of the recommendations by the task force, was supposed to present to HHS, and every 2 years HHS was supposed to meet with congress and explain how the task force was making vaccines safer, future of vax, and how to get ride of adverse events that were crippling the Pharma industry. FOIA asked for meeting minutes. Refused to answer. What was recommended to congress? Meeting minutes? HHS refused, I can sued them. 1) want all recommendations by task force 2) want how those rec were transferred to congress. NEVER HAD A SINGLE MEETING. Every 2 years since 1986. The only two provisions that were supposed to fix a broken product that are being injected into our children. The moment the law passes we go from 11 vaccines to 72 vaccines now, industry explodes, no one fixing the problems with the products. 

the 1986 act released Pharma from any liability. Put the liability back on the Pharma industry. Let them defend their products. lawsuits. 

Over $4b paid out for vaccine injuries and that’s estimated to be less than 1% reported. These are tax dollars. 

This isn’t going to be pretty. This isn’t going to end well. The never did the appropriate science now its playing out. 

did they ever placebo controlled safety study with an inert placebo like saline. Can’t even find one. Only one gardasil vax has a tiny group of 300 individuals, not saline, carrier solution. NOT A SINGLE VACCINE ON THE CHILDHOOD SCHEDULE 

why have we never compared vaccinated children to unvaccinated children?

Vaccine program doesn’t work - it injures more people than it ever dreamed of saving. Only so long this facade will last. We will look back and think How did so many people buy into something that was hurting so many people.

Children that have already been injured by vaccines have to keep vaccinating in order to stay in school. The companies who make these vaccines and the government that is mandating these vaccines are completely free of liability. This concept is beyond any sense of reason. Nobody with a brain can think this is a good idea. 

Sb276 if your child has a seizure or becomes paralyzed after a vaccine they still don’t qualify for a medical exemption and must continue to vaccinate them. Why can’t my child go to school but children with hiv and hep b are allowed to attend school. 

The government is mandating a MEDICAL PROCEDURE to inject our children. The product has ingredients known to cause cancer, mutagenesis, and impair fertility, and also contains known neurotoxins. Where there is risk there must be choice. 

Shouldn’t be mandating products that are liability free.

Cdc owns 57 vaccine patents and collects money on them. FDA owns part of the gardasil patent and receives money from it.

Why is google and fb and twitter censoring searches and hashtags? What is going on? Why is the media not reporting on this growing movement?

Patients have a moral and legal right to determine what will be done with their own person, to be given accurate, complete, and understandable information in a manner that facilitates an informed judgement.
